We pride ourselves on setting up our clients for success in yoga, meditation, breathwork, nutrition, mindset reset, neuroplasticity & fitness,  we are confident that your community/employees and staff will leave our sessions more balanced and connected. 

Meet Gabriel Villaverde

Gabriel Villaverde has a solid Hospitality background. Gabe is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500hr) with more than 10 years of teaching various demographics, and he is a licensed massage therapist. He recognizes the importance of safety and a kind heart when he delivers multi-level sessions, and always makes sure everyone is included and happy. This is the approach we have and we ensure our instructors observe it when interacting with your guests.

Allaine Stricklen is a renowned Master Yoga Therapist, Health Coach, Mentor, Teacher, Teacher Trainer, and creator of Gentle Therapeutics Yoga & Helping Hands + Hearts a wellness platform.

Meet Nicole Perard

Nicole is a licensed massage therapist with over five years of experience. She has worked in spas, sports, medical and rehabilitation settings. She earned her B.S. degree from Barry University and her massage certification from Miami Dade College. She enjoys incorporating different modalities within her sessions in order to provide the most effective treatment for her clients.
