Gabe is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500hr) with more than 10 years of teaching to various demographics, and he is a licensed massage therapist. He recognizes the importance of safety and has a kind heart when he delivers multi-level sessions, and always makes sure everyone is included and happy. This is the approach we have and we ensure our instructors observe it when interacting with your guests.
