Blindfolded Yoga ( Pratyahara Yoga)

Withdrawing the attention from our sense channels supports entering into a meditative state.  This is known as Pratyahara, one of the 8 limbs of Raja Yoga.

Blindfolded Yoga – A refreshing experience, unfolds as we withdraw our attention from the screen of the world.  Visual stimulation is almost constant in our modern life, with screens upon screens pulling us deeper into a digital representation of life.
